Do I have to be home when you pick up/drop off?

A: You do not. For pick up, I will bring containers for safe transport but if you would rather, you may choose to wrap your knives in a kitchen towel and place them in a bag, which I can then pick up at your door.

For drop off, you also don't have to be home, I'll just send an invoice through text/email letting you know when your knives are delivered! *I only accept cash and check in person*

 

Does my delivery have to be the next day?

A: It does not have to be the next day. Pick up and delivery times work around your schedule and are flexible. Next day delivery is used as a guide for those who would like their knives back as soon as possible (within 24 hours).

 

Do you sharpen serrated knives?

A: At this time, we do not service knives with serrated edges.

What is included in your pricing?

​

A: Pick up, delivery, and knife cleaning and sanitizing are included in the servicing price per knife.
